Dear {Name},

I’d like to attend the upcoming Open Networking + Edge Summit & Kubernetes on Edge Day, taking place October 11th & 12th, 2021, in Los Angeles, California. I’ve researched many conferences and found that this is the is the ONE event for End to End Connectivity Solutions powered by Open Source.

Nearly 1,500 talented individuals from across the ecosystem will gather to share learnings, highlight innovation, and discuss the future of open source networking — including SDN, NFV, AI, orchestration and the automation of cloud, network, & IoT services.

Here’s how I envision my attendance at Open Networking + Edge Summit & Kubernetes on Edge Day strengthening our company:

  • Open Networking + Edge Summit offers a variety of sessions, including presentations, hands-on tutorials, deep-dive technical lectures, and visionary keynotes from industry leaders. Attending these sessions will allow me to build my knowledge and learn from other community members on best practices, find out more on how Networking is revolutionizing hot markets like AI, Containers, Microservices, and IoT and learn how multiple Open Source and Open Standards Initiatives are all coming together.
  • Kubernetes on Edge Day gathers developers and adopters to share their lessons learned in building, breaking, and bettering their edge infrastructure on top of Kubernetes.
  • The infamous “hallway track” at Open Networking + Edge Summit & Kubernetes on Edge Day will allow me to meet the top technical minds in the ecosystem. I hope to meet others that might face the same challenges and problems I do so that we can work together to solve technical issues now and in the future. Creating strategic partnerships at the event could be very useful in the future when we encounter new challenges.

You can learn more about the conference and view last year’s keynotes and other videos here.

If I register before August 3rd, the fee is only $950. Included in the registration fee is access to all keynotes and sessions, access to the sponsor showcase, hallway tracks and lounges, continental breakfast, and morning and afternoon breaks. It also includes entrance to the onsite reception.

I would be happy to write a post-conference report detailing what I’ve learned, and recommend any changes we can implement to improve our practices.

Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. I hope we can make this opportunity work.

Thanks,
