Yves Bellégo is currently director, network strategy at Orange Group. He began his career in 1988 in IT engineering. In 1991, he joined the research centre of France Telecom, where he worked on the standardization of GSM. He accompanied the phases of 2G, 3G, 4HG and 5G deployment and expansion with various positions in radio engineering, spectrum strategy and network strategy within France Telecom, Nortel and Orange.

Priyanka is the General Manager of the Cloud Native Computing Foundation. She was previously the director of Cloud Native Alliances at GitLab Inc., where she built the developer evangelism team that participates regularly in the cloud native community.
Priyanka also serves as an advisor at Heavybit Industries, an accelerator for developer products. She has contributed to several CNCF projects such as Jaeger and Vitess and was a founding team member of the OpenTracing standard. In addition, Priyanka is a leading speaker and subject matter expert on cloud native and observability and has spoken about Kubernetes, Prometheus, Jaeger, OpenTracing, Envoy, Vitess, SPIFFE/SPIRE, and more. She was a startup founder featured at TechCrunch Disrupt and started her career at Google.

Srini Kalapala is the Vice President of Technology Strategy and Network Cloud for Verizon. He is responsible
for developing next-generation network technologies and strategies, identifying and partnering with suppliers to
enable Verizon’s technology strategy and driving technology architecture efforts across Verizon. Srini is also
responsible for development of Network cloud and Edge platforms and for driving virtualization and automation
across the networks.
Prior to his current role, Srini was managing strategy and architecture functions in the Information Technology
organization. In that role, Srini led technology transformation efforts in the areas of work force mobility, Wireline
network transformation and platform rationalization. Srini’s team also developed world class CRM platforms for
technicians and call centers supporting Fios business. Forrester recognized Srini’s team as one of the top five
leading architecture organizations in the world for these efforts.
Srini also played notable roles in the delivery of long distance, voice unbundling and development of broadband
strategies at Verizon. Prior to joining Verizon, Srini worked at British Telecom, IBM and MCI in various technology
roles driving workforce and network management transformations.
Srini is a member of the board for the Linux Foundation for Networking and is active across other areas tied to software and networks. Srini is also on the board of trustees for New York Hall of Science (NYSCI). In addition, Srini mentors middle school students in STEM and coaches students competing in Robotics.
Srini holds an MBA from Georgetown University, a Master’s degree in Technology from George Washington
University, and a Bachelor of Engineering from Birla Institute of Science (BITS) in Pilani, India. -
Shah leads the connectivity infrastructure software team at the Connectivity group of Meta — a group missioned to bring more people online to a faster Internet. His team is developing an open-source network core stack, Magma, an unlicensed mmWave stack, Terragraph, and several pioneering industry-wide initiatives to help network operators and service providers build open, cheaper, and better cellular and wireless networks (O-RAN, Evenstar, TIP OpenCore, Private 5G, …)
Shah brought almost two decades of org leadership and product building experience to Meta. Most of that are from equipment vendors like Cisco, Ericsson, and a couple of startups; and include several world and industry firsts, incl., 4G / LTE and WiMAX launches. Dr. Junlan Feng, Chief Scientist at China Mobile, General Manager of AI and Intelligent Operation R&D Center. Dr. Feng has led R&D of China Mobile on artificial intelligence and big data since September 2013. She had been the architect of IBM Big Data from January 2013.1 to August 2013 and a principal researcher at AT&T Labs Research from August 2001 to January 2013. Dr. Feng received her Ph.D. on Speech Recognition in 2001 from Chinese Academy of Sciences. She is an IEEE senior member, an IEEE speech and language committee member and IEEE industry committee member. Rajesh Gadiyar is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for the Network Platforms Group and leads the Architecture & Systems Engineering organization. He is focused on delivering a scalable and efficient architecture for next generation communications platforms. He leads the architecture efforts to accelerate Network Function Virtualization (NFV) including 5G infrastructure, Edge Cloud, and AI in Networking.
Since joining Intel in 2000, he has held several positions in Engineering, Professional Services, Strategic Planning and Architecture. Bill Ren serves as the chairman of the EdgeGallery board of directors, the chief open source liaison officer of Huawei, the general manager of ICT Infrastructure Open Source , the vice chairman of the LFN board, board members of LF Edge and OIF. He is fully responsible for the open source realization of 5G MEC industrial solutions for operators/enterprises in network automation, use open source methods to build an industrial ecology, enlarge the industrial space, build a healthy and harmonious industrial environment, and support the company’s commercial success.

Vanessa (Van) has developed a diverse technology toolset in the last 25 years. She has experience in network and system architecture, mobile video system architecture and governance in both telco and retail sectors. She has consulted for nearly every telco as well as major retailers in North America and has worked as everything from unix sysadmin to Chief Technical Officer with a number of leadership and architectural roles in between, contributing to technologies from mobile, enterprise data centre, multi-national networks and beyond. Now as the Global CTO at Interdynamix Systems (www.interdynamix.com), Van is focused on creating leading innovative solutions that address the current and upcoming market.
She is leveraging commercial hardware and software as well as Open Source technologies to solve for specific problems. This role has her speaking at conferences around the world and spreading the word about the next generation of technologies. A member of Women of Openstack, and Women in Comms, Van is active in showcasing and championing women in tech fields. Currently splitting her time in various open source communities, she was the Chair of the Technical Steering Committee of Open Source Mano. She is also a former member of the Layer 123 NFV advisory board as well as a Linux Foundation Board Member. In addition, she spearheaded the VNF Onboarding Open Source community focused on rapid templating and automation of virtualized network function workloads.
Van attended the University of Toronto where she majored in Computer Science and Astro-Physics. Vanessa currently makes her home in Toronto Canada, where she enjoys spending her free time playing hockey, tennis and fishing. -
Said Ouissal has extensive experience in senior leadership positions across IP networking (routing, switching, and security), telecommunications, cloud, and mobile broadband. Currently, he is the CEO and founder of ZEDEDA. Prior to ZEDEDA, he held executive product management and (technical) sales roles at various infrastructure companies, including Ericsson, Juniper Networks, Redback Networks, and Violin Memory. Throughout his career, he has also served in engineering and development roles at Lucent, Versatel, and Conxion. Ouissal holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science, is the author of two patents, and speaks five languages.

Amy Zwarico is a Director of Cybersecurity in AT&T’s Chief Security office, specializing in software, open source and emerging product security. She has been actively involved ONAP (Open Network Automation Platform) security since the Amsterdam release and is currently serving as vice chair of the ONAP Security Subcommittee. Amy has worked in the telco industry for over 25 years where she developed web based integrations to BSS/OSS systems, architected Mobility systems, and for the past 20 years focused on application security, cloud security, open RAN, applied cryptography and policy. Amy received her PhD in Computer and Information Science from the University of Pennsylvania.

Andre oversees the global technology direction for AT&T. This includes network planning, the company’s
innovation road map, AT&T Labs, AT&T Foundry, and the intellectual property organization. His
responsibilities include spearheading the design of the company’s next-generation 5G wireless infrastructure and software-defined networking (SDN) initiative.He’s also heavily involved in AT&T’s push into open source software and other open standards, and engagement and collaboration with the broader developer community.
Since joining AT&T in 1995, Andre has supported and led several organizations responsible for software, systems and network architecture, planning and engineering, where he holds six patents in the field of network traffic optimization and database design. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research at U.C. Berkeley and completed his graduate coursework in Computer Science at Stanford University.

Constantine Polychronopoulos is VP, 5G & Telco Cloud, at Juniper Networks. Before joining Juniper, he was VP and CTO of the Telco & Edge Computing division at VMware, leading the development of VMware’s product and technology strategy on NFVI for 4G & 5G markets. Prior to VMware he was VP & CTO of Cloud Networking at Citrix, following the acquisition of Bytemobile, Inc. in 2012. As Founder & CTO of Bytemobile, he led the development of innovative products for web, streaming video and transport protocol optimization for mobile 3G and 4G/LTE networks that were deployed in more than 160 mobile networks around the world.
Prior to that, Constantine was a Professor in the Dept. of Electrical and Computer Engineering and a Director of the Center for Supercomputing R&D at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He has served as chairman or on the PC of more than 50 international conferences. He has published more than 160 research papers in IEEE and ACM journals and conferences and has more than 35 issued and pending patents. He served on the governance committee of the University of Patras during 2012-2016, and among his recognitions are the NSF Presidential Young Investigator award, the 1998 Bodossaki Foundation Award in Engineering, and the Pascal Chair Professorship at the University of Leiden, The Netherlands. In 2015 he was named among the 50 innovators in the 50-year history of the Computer Science Dept. of the University of Illinois. He received his BSc from the University of Athens, his MS from Vanderbilt University and his PhD from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Dr. Malini Bhandaru is a Cloud Security Architect and Intel Sr. Principal Engineer. Her focus areas are confidential compute and cloud to edge security. She has worked for over a decade in open source on projects such as Confidential Containers, EdgeX Foundry, KubeFlow, OpenStack, and OpenDaylight. At Intel, she first worked on Xeon server power and performance architecture and over her career on applications spanning autonomous driving, health care, and telco. Malini holds over 20 patents, has served on the Open Source Summit, ONES, KubeCon program committees and is a frequent conference speaker. She has a Ph.D. in Machine Learning, is a STEM coach and loves gardening.

Dr. Dan Massey leads the Operate Through portion of the DoD 5G to NextG Initiative. Operate Through aims to ensure DoD can securely operate through commercial 5G networks across the globe. Dr. Massey has more than 25 years of research and management experience and is the author over 100 peer reviewed publications on networking and cyber security, including co-editor of the DNS Security Standard (RFCs 4033, 4034, and 4035) and early work on Named Data Networking. Dr. Massey has served as the Principal Investigator on research funded by the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), the National Science Foundation (NSF), the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and industry. As a faculty member, he helped develop cybersecurity programs at both the University of Colorado Boulder and Colorado State University. Dr. Massey also served as a Program Manager in the Cyber Security Division, Science and Technology Directorate, U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS). At DHS, he developed and managed the Distributed Denial of Service Defense (DDoSD) program and the Cyber Physical Systems Security (CPSSEC) program that focused on cyber security for automobiles and other systems that combine the cyber and physical worlds. He earned his doctorate in computer science from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Heather Kirksey works with the community to advance the adoption and implementation of open source NFV platforms.
Before joining The Linux Foundation, she led strategic technology alliances for MongoDB. Earlier in her career, she held various leadership positions in the telecom industry, including running a partner program for CPE, doing solutions marketing for the IP division at Alcatel-Lucent, and working in business development and numerous standards activities.
While at Broadband Forum she helped create and launch TR-069; served as BroadbandHome Technical Working Group Chair; served on the Board; and oversaw collaborative activities with ATIS, 3GPP, OSGi, ITU-T, OMA, IETF, Small Cell Forum, UPnP Forum, Home Gateway Initiative, and other groups.
Heather received her master’s degree in English literature from the University of Texas, Austin.

As Head of the Office of CTO, Mr. Schroeder is responsible for shaping SUSE’s technology and portfolio strategy in support of emerging use cases in areas such as Hybrid Cloud, Cloud Native, and Edge Computing. Mr. Schroeder has also held various management and engineering roles with NCR, Compaq and HP.

At the Linux Foundation, Arpit leads open source networking, orchestration & edge/IOT, including LF Networking projects (ONAP, OPNFV, ODL, FDIO, OvS, DPDK, OpenSwitch, Akraino/Edge/IOT, etc.) as well as major industry disruptions including VNFs to CNFs (Cloud Native Network functions), 5G, AI, etc.
Arpit brings 30 years of networking expertise and vision to The Linux Foundation, with both technical depth and business breadth. He has orchestrated and led major industry disruptions across enterprises, carriers, and cloud architectures, including IP, broadband, optical, mobile, routing, switching, L4-7, cloud, disaggregation, SDN/NFV, and open networking, and has been an early evangelist for open source. Arpit has served in CMO, VP, and Engineering roles within both startups and larger enterprises.
