Registration
All sponsors should register here using the sponsor code that was emailed to you. *Please note: You must pay the registration fee for Kubecon + Cloud Native Con. This discount code only waives the ServiceMeshCon registration fee.

Thursday, October 22: Content for push notifications due.
Friday, October 23: Speaker information due to Megan Lehn.
Friday, October 30: Content for pre-conference email blast due.
Thursday, November 5: Message for post-conference email due.
Deliverables
Push Notifications: Diamond and Platinum members have the opportunity to reach out to attendees with a customized pop-up on-screen banner during the event. Messages may include a call to action, e.g. directing attendees to a conference session or link to an external website. Sponsors receive the following number of push notifications:
Diamond: 2
Platinum: 1
Messages should be short and concise. Maximum length: 120 characters.
Pre Conference Email Blast: Diamond sponsors have the opportunity to send (1) pre conference email to attendees who opted in to receive sponsored content. Dates are reserved on a first come first serve basis. Send your content and your preferred send out date to Christie Davis by Friday, October 30th. CNCF will send emails on a conference branded email template on behalf of the sponsor. Attendee contact details will not be shared. Pre conference emails will be sent out: Monday, November 9 – Friday, November 13.
Message In Post Conference Email: Diamond and Platinum sponsors may include a personalized message in the post-conference email that will be sent to all opt-in attendees.
Diamond: up to 150 words
Platinum: up to 100 words

Social Media Mentions From Project Handle: CNCF will create and post the content for social media mentions.

Gold: 1 group mention
Recognition In Opening Session: Diamond and Platinum sponsors will have their logos displayed on a “Thank You To Our Sponsors” slide during the opening session.
Mobile Schedule Branding: Diamond, Platinum, and Gold sponsors will have their company name and logo displayed on the mobile schedule on Sched.com.
Recognition On Event Website and Event Signage: Diamond, Platinum, and Gold sponsors will have their logo displayed on the event website and on virtual event signage.
Conference Attendee Passes: Sponsors receive a number of full-access passes to ServiceMeshCon based on sponsorship level. Please note: Registration and payment for KubeCon + CloudNativeCon is required to attend all co-located events.
Diamond: 6 passes

Gold: 2 passes

Speaking Opportunity
Diamond sponsors receive a 20-minute speaking opportunity with Q&A during ServiceMeshCon.
Please provide the required details below no later than Friday, October 23rd, so it can be added to the schedule. Once the details are received, the program committee will review the content prior to it being posted. As a reminder, we encourage you to use this time to benefit the community.
