Sample Letter

I’d like to attend the upcoming KubeDay Japan 2022 taking place Wednesday, December 7, in Yokohama, Japan. I’ve researched many conferences and found that this is the best place to connect international and local experts with adopters, developers, and practitioners of cloud native technologies.
An expected 300+ talented individuals from across the ecosystem will gather to share learnings, highlight innovation, and discuss the future of the cloud native ecosystem.
Here’s how I envision my attendance at KubeDay Japan strengthening our company:
- KubeDay Japan offers both a beginner and an advanced track from both international experts and from the local area. Attending these sessions will allow me to build my knowledge and learn from other community members on best practices of the industry.
- The “hallway track” at KubeDay Japan will allow me to meet the top technical minds in the ecosystem. I hope to meet others that might face the same challenges and problems I do so that we can work together to solve technical issues now and in the future. Creating strategic partnerships at the event could be very useful in the future when we encounter new challenges.

If I register by December 6, the fee is only $349. Included in the registration fee is access to all keynotes and sessions, access to the sponsor showcase, hallway track, morning and afternoon breaks, and lunch. It also includes the evening reception.
I would be happy to write a post-conference report detailing what I’ve learned, and recommend any changes we can implement to improve our practices.
