会場のチャイルド ケア サービスを無料でご利用いただけます。ただし、ケアを受けるお子様も、プロのチャイルド ケア プロバイダーも、「ワクチン接種を完了している」必要があります。「ワクチン接種完了」とは、WHOが緊急使用または正式使用を承認したワクチンの最終接種から2週間 (14日間) 経過していることを意味します。ワクチン接種の証明が必要になります。現在ワクチン接種を受けるのに十分な年齢ではないお子様であっても、ワクチン接種を受けていないお子様は、安全性と責任の問題から、このサービスをご利用いただけません。ご了承ください。
対面イベントの健康と安全のための要件 健康と安全の要件にも従う必要があります。これには現在「マスクの着用」が含まれます（飲食中を除く）。
このサービスをご利用になりたい方は、2022年11月7日の午前00:00（日本時間）までに、RSVPフォームからお申し込みください。
なお、このサービスの提供は、指定期日までに指定のフォームからお申し込みいただいた方に限らせていただきます。スタッフ確保などの制約がございますので、イベント当日に会場でお申し込みいただくことはできません。

We are offering complimentary onsite child care this year. Children (as well as professional child care providers) must be fully vaccinated or show negative COVID-19 test to participate. Fully vaccinated is defined as two weeks (14 full days) after the final dose of a vaccine approved for emergency or full use by the WHO. Proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 test will be required.
Event in-person health and safety requirements must also be followed, which currently includes wearing masks (except while eating & drinking).
To sign up, please complete the RSVP form by 00:00 JST on November 7, 2022.
Please note, we can only provide childcare to those who RSVP by the deadline. Due to staffing and licensing restrictions, we are unable to accommodate late or onsite sign-ups.
