2022年10月11日以降、すべての外国人の新規入国について、日本国内に所在する受入責任者による入国者健康確認システム（ERFS）における申請が不要となりました。ただし居住国によっては、日本への入国にビザが必要な場合があります。詳細については、こちらを参照してください。
現時点の現地参加の要件
注意：対面イベントへの参加には、COVID-19ワクチン接種証明書またはCOVID-19検査陰性証明書が必要です。また、すべての参加者は、The Linux Foundationの行動規範に従い、会場におけるすべての安全・健康対策を遵守する必要があります。イベント参加者の安全を確保するための取り組みについては、健康と安全のための要件のWebページを参照してください。※日本政府デジタル庁発行の新型コロナワクチン接種証明書アプリはこちらを参照
Open Compliance Summitは、Linux Foundation企業メンバーと限定された招待者だけが参加できるイベントです。参加に制限を設けることで、交流とコラボレーションを強化しています。
参加ご希望の方は招待状をお申し込みください。お申し込みが承認されてから登録完了となります。登録料は$100です。招待状のお申し込みが確認されますと、ご案内のメールが送信されます。
このサミットは、従来同様チャタム ハウス ルールのもとで開催されます。招待状を申請する前に、このルールにご同意いただく必要があります。
Japan VISA Requirements
As of October 11, 2022, foreign nationals are no longer required to apply for the Entrants, Returnees Follow-up Systems (ERFS). Depending on your country of residence, you may still need a visa to enter Japan. Click here for more information.
CURRENT ONSITE REQUIREMENTS
Note that in-person attendees must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination OR a Negative COVID-19 Test. Additionally, all attendees will need to comply with all on-site health measures, in accordance with The Linux Foundation Code of Conduct. To learn more about what is being done to keep our in-person event attendees safe, visit the Health + Safety webpage.
Open Compliance Summit is an exclusive event for Linux Foundation members and select invitees. Attendance is limited to ensure ease of networking and collaboration.
Registration fees are $100USD for any invitation request that is accepted. You will receive an email notification once your request has been reviewed.
The summit (like prior) will be held under Chatham House Rule. Please consent to this rule before you request an invitation.

団体割引
5人以上の参加者をまとめて登録すると、すべてのパスで10％の割引を受けることができます。ただしすべてのパス タイプが同じで、すべての登録が1つのグループ登録として処理され、同じクレジットカードで支払われる必要があります。グループを作成するには、登録時に“Add Another Person”を選択してください。5人以上追加されると、自動的に10%割引が適用されます。
注意：このディスカウントは、他のディスカウントと併用できません。

Linux Foundation Members
Linux Foundation Members are eligible to receive a 20% discount. Please email events@linuxfoundation.org to request the LF Member discount code.
Group Discounts
If you have a group of 5 or more people, you can receive a 10% discount on all passes. All pass types must be the same, and all registrations must be processed under one group registration and must be paid with the same credit card. On the Summary page of the registration form, you’ll click ‘Add Group Member’ to continue registering additional people. When 5 or more people are added the 10% discount will be automatically applied.

登録した際に請求書が発行されますが、追加のコピーや更新された請求書が必要な場合は、こちらからリクエストしてください。
Registration Invoices
You should receive an invoice upon registration, however, if you need an additional copy or an updated invoice please submit a request here.
参加証明書
参加証明書が必要な方は、こちらからリクエストしてください。ただし、私たちは登録システムを通じて参加を確認しますので、参加証明書レターはイベントの完了後に送信されます。ご了承ください。
Certificates of Attendance
To request a Certificate of Attendance, please submit a request here. Please Note: We verify attendance through the registration system, and Certificate of Attendance letters are sent out after the event is completed.
キャンセルや代理参加について
CANCELLATIONS & SUBSTITUTIONS
何らかの理由でキャンセルする必要がある場合は、確認番号を使用して登録に再度ログインし、”unregister” を選択してください。さらにサポートが必要な場合は、events@linuxfoundation.org までメールでお問い合わせください。COVID-19パンデミックが進行中のため、払い戻しはイベントの開始日まで発行され、すべての処理手数料は免除されます。
If you must cancel for any reason, please log back into your registration and select “unregister”. If you need further assistance, email events@linuxfoundation.org. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, refunds will be issued up until the start date of the event and all processing fees will be waived.
