What is the format of the LF Energy Summit, and when will it take place?

LF Energy Summit 2023 is a hybrid event that will take place in-person with a virtual component from June 1-2, 2023. The event will deliver in-person and online content over two days, including keynotes and breakout sessions. 

What is the timezone for the event?

Live content will begin daily at 09:00 Central European Summer Time (CEST), UTC+2  with content shared over two consecutive days. The online schedule will automatically display in your preferred time zone. 

Will the content be different for virtual attendees and in-person attendees?

No, all attendees will view the same content (keynotes and breakout sessions) whether participating online or in-person. There will not be a virtual sponsor showcase for virtual attendees. 

How will the virtual sessions work?

Keynote and breakout sessions will take place at the same scheduled times as the in-person event. Attendees can build a personalized agenda of sessions they want to view and receive notifications before they start. And of course, all sessions will be recorded and available to attendees on-demand after the event.

Will all sessions be recorded?

Yes! Once the event ends, all attendees will be able to view sessions in the event platform for 30 days. Additionally, all sessions will be uploaded to the LF Energy YouTube channel within two weeks of the event.

What platform will the event be hosted on?

We will be using the virtual event platform AccelEvents to host LF Energy Summit virtually.

What are the system requirements needed to participate in the virtual event?

Chrome is the preferred browser to access the event page, virtual event hub, and backstage studio link. However, when using an iPhone or an iPad, Safari might work better. Run a system check now and find general troubleshooting tips here.

Will the event include captioning?

Two free versions are available for your use. We recommend Google Chrome or Web Captioner to easily access real-time captioning.

Do I have to be vaccinated to attend the event in-person?

No. At this time, proof of vaccine or a negative COVID test is NOT required to attend the event in person. All attendees will need to comply with all on-site health measures in accordance with our Code of Conduct. Read more about our Health + Safety Guidelines.

What is the cost for the virtual event, and how do I register?

If I cannot attend the event, can I substitute someone from my company to attend in my place?

Yes, you can transfer your pass to another person at your company if you are unable to attend. If you need to modify, substitute, or cancel your registration, sign into your registration using your confirmation number. You can find your confirmation number in your confirmation email or by clicking on the Cvent login page requesting to have your confirmation number emailed to you.

I’d like to attend the event, but can’t afford an in-person or virtual ticket. Do you offer any assistance?
