May 17: Submit pre-event email blast content.

• Please send finalized content in a Word or Google Doc to Celia Stamps, cstamps@linuxfoundation.org.
• The email blast will be sent on Tuesday, May 30.

May 24: Submit post-event email blast content.

• LF Energy will send emails on a conference-branded email template on behalf of the sponsor to attendees who opted-in to receive sponsored content.

• The email blast will be sent on Tuesday, June 6.

Sponsors are permitted to ship booth materials to the venue in advance. Please find the ship to address here and complete the form with your shipment information for tracking and receiving.

LF Energy Summit Event Sponsors are able to collect attendee contact information from those who visit their booth. Attendees who agree to have their badge scanned will be captured as a lead and their information will be provided to you. This includes First Name, Last Name, Job Title, Company, Country, State (US only), Email Address.

By submitting this registration form, you understand that the data you include will be submitted to The Linux Foundation, and that The Linux Foundation may contact you regarding this event. Personal data collected from this registration form is subject to The Linux Foundation Privacy Policy.

If you book within one of the hotel room blocks contracted by The Linux Foundation for this event, you give your consent for The Linux Foundation to access your reservation information from the Hotel.

If applicable, by signing up to attend a Sponsored Co-Located Event hosted by a third party sponsor, you understand that a portion of the data you submit will be provided to the sponsor. The sponsors’ use of the data will be subject to their own privacy policies. This data includes your First Name, Last Name, Title, Company, Address, Email and Standard Demographics Questions (I.e. Company Size, Job Function, Industry). If you choose to attend a co-located event hosted by a third party sponsor, you are explicitly consenting to receipt and use of such data by the third-party sponsor recipients, which will be subject to their own privacy policies.

In order to facilitate networking and business relationships at the event, you may choose to visit a third party sponsor’s booth / virtual booth. You are never required to visit these third party sponsor booths. When visiting a booth (or clicking on a sponsors’ logo on a booth icon in the exhibit hall, and any actions within the booth thereafter including viewing resources) the third party sponsor will receive some of your registration data. This data includes your First Name, Last Name, Title, Company, Address, Email and Standard Demographics Questions (I.e. Company Size, Job Function, Industry), and details about the resources you interacted with in their booth. If you choose to interact with a booth / virtual booth, you are explicitly consenting to receipt and use of such data by the third-party sponsor recipients, which will be subject to their own privacy policies.
