Dear {Name},

I’d like to attend the upcoming Hyperledger Global Forum 2020 taking place March 3-6, 2020, in Phoenix, AZ. I’ve researched many conferences and found that this is a unique opportunity connect with more than 1,000 users and contributors of Hyperledger projects from across the globe.

Here’s how I envision my attendance at Hyperledger Global Forum strengthening our company:

  • Hyperledger Global Forum offers a variety of sessions, including presentations, hands-on tutorials, deep-dive technical lectures, and visionary keynotes from industry leaders. Attending these sessions will allow me to build my knowledge and learn from other community members on best practices, find out more on how other organizations are using Hyperledger.
  • The infamous “hallway track” at Hyperledger Global Forum will allow me to meet the top technical minds in the ecosystem. I hope to meet others that might face the same challenges and problems I do so that we can work together to solve technical issues now and in the future. Creating strategic partnerships at the event could be very useful in the future when we encounter new challenges.

You can learn more about the conference and view last year’s keynotes and other videos here.

If I register before February 18, the fee is only $1,050. Included in the registration fee is access to all keynotes and sessions, access to the sponsor showcase, hallway tracks and lounges, lunch, and morning and afternoon breaks. It also includes entrance to the evening events, including the onsite reception, offsite networking event, and other networking opportunities.

I would be happy to write a post-conference report detailing what I’ve learned, and recommend any changes we can implement to improve our practices.

Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. I hope we can make this opportunity work.
