Jonathan Bryce is the Executive Director of Cloud & Infrastructure at the Linux Foundation, where he leads both the Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF) and the OpenInfra Foundation—two of the largest and most influential open source communities in the world. With over 15 years of open source leadership, Jonathan co-founded the OpenStack project, guiding its evolution into a global ecosystem that supports a multi-billion-dollar market and serves as the de facto standard for open cloud infrastructure. Before his open source career, Jonathan spent over a decade in data center infrastructure and co-founded one of the industry’s earliest cloud computing companies, which grew into a billion-dollar business following its acquisition by Rackspace. Passionate about open collaboration, infrastructure innovation, and empowering users, contributors, and ecosystems worldwide, Jonathan frequently speaks at international conferences on open source strategy, infrastructure modernization, cloud-native technologies, and open source AI initiatives.

Chris Aniszczyk is an open source executive and engineer with a passion for building a better world through open collaboration. He’s currently a CTO at the Linux Foundation focused on developer relations and running the Open Container Initiative (OCI) / Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF). Furthermore, he’s a partner at Capital Factory where he focuses on mentoring, advising and investing in open source and infrastructure focused startups.

At Twitter, he created their open source program and led their open source efforts. For many years he served on the Eclipse Foundation’s Board of Directors representing the committer community and the Java Community Process (JCP) Executive Committee. In a previous life, he bootstrapped a consulting company, made many mistakes, lead and hacked on many eclipse.org and Linux related projects

Mukund Muralikrishnan is a Staff Engineer in the AI Platform org at Wayve, where he focuses on building compute and storage infrastructure for large-scale AI and ML training and inference workloads. Earlier at Wayve, he helped build the data platform supporting petabyte-scale data processing. Previously, he worked at Revolut on machine learning systems for financial crime detection and was a founding engineer at HealthifyMe in India, where he led backend development as the product scaled to 10 million users.

Jean‑François Hubert is Development Director for Ubisoft’s Online Service Tech Foundations backend domains,driving core infrastructure for content management, notifications, and large‑scale deployment platforms. Since joining Ubisoft in 2010, he has evolved from IT business applications to online multiplayer services, shaping systems for matchmaking, game server orchestration, and cloud‑native delivery. Passionate about reliable, scalable online experiences, he now leads foundational platform services that power Ubisoft’s games and digital ecosystem.

Hailing from Australia, but now living in San Francisco, Mark Mandel is a Staff Developer Advocate improving developer experience on Discord’s platform for game developers. He is also often known as the founder of two open source projects – Agones, a dedicated game server hosting and scaling platform and Quilkin, a UDP proxy for large-scale multiplayer game server deployments, both of which he founded while Tech Lead for Developer Relations at Google Cloud for almost 10 years.

When not working, Mark spends his time pottering on open source. looking for new and interesting things he can do with cloud native technology and games, being distracted by dogs, and practising too many martial arts.

Chad is the Chief Engineer for the Boeing Software Factory and a Technical Fellow. In these roles he drives the technical vision for how software is developed by thousands of engineers utilizing cloud native methodologies in a variety of highly regulated environments. As a DevOps enthusiast, he promotes the sharing of best practices around CI/CD.

When not working, Chad is an avid mountain biker.

As a Principal Engineer on the Developer Platforms mission at The New York Times, I specialize in Cloud Infrastructure technologies, focusing on developing robust and scalable Kubernetes-based solutions. My primary focus is crafting a secure runtime environment that empowers service teams to deploy their applications swiftly and efficiently. This platform stands as a testament to rapid application development, underpinned by a commitment to security and adherence to industry best practices.

Faseela is a cloud-native developer at Ericsson Software Technology, Istio Service Mesh maintainer and a twice-elected member of the Istio Steering Committee, driving its Security, Test and Release, and Documentation functions. She is a CNCF Ambassador, LFX Mentor, contributor to the CNCF “ICA – Istio Certified Associate” examination, and the winner of the prestigious CNCF “Chop Wood Carry Water” award, 2023. She is also the co-author of the CNCF Istio Children’s illustrated book – “Izzy saves the Birthday”. She is one of the organizers of Cloud Native Aachen – the official CNCF Chapter of Aachen, Germany. Faseela is a key member driving the 5G transformation of Ericsson, designing Cloud Native Network Functions and bridging the gap between telco and opensource. Her association with opensource starts with OpenDaylight, one of the Linux Foundation’s earliest collaborative opensource projects, where she has served in the Technical Steering Committee for many years. Early in her career, she has served as a maintainer in the Linux Foundation Infrastructure, enabling the required tooling for several LF projects. She was also actively involved in shaping some of the SDN enabler standards like OpenFlow, and Network Service Header (NSH) in Service Chaining, EVPN and BGP for Telco world. In the recent years, Faseela has served as the event co-chair for both the IstioDays co-located with KubeCon in 2023 and has been a Program Committee member at several KubeCons.

Abby is a Principal Engineer at Syntasso delivering Kratix, an open-source cloud-native framework for building internal platforms on Kubernetes. Her keen interest in supporting internal development comes from over a decade of experience in consulting and product delivery roles across platform, site reliability, and quality engineering.

Abby engages deeply with local communities through facilitating meetups and supporting local school programs, and global communities as a CNCF Ambassador, a Team Topologies Advocate, and co-lead of the CNCF Platforms Working Group.

Lin is the Head of Open Source at Solo.io, and a CNCF TOC member and ambassador. She has worked on the Istio service mesh since the beginning of the project in 2017 and serves on the Istio Steering Committee and Technical Oversight Committee. Previously, she was a Senior Technical Staff Member and Master Inventor at IBM for 15+ years. She is the author of the book “Istio Ambient Explained” and has more than 200 patents to her name.

Jorge is the Principal PM Lead for AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service), a fully managed Kubernetes platform on Azure where he has served thousands of customers as a Product Manager since its early days. Formerly he was the Technical Lead for App Dev and DevOps with the Azure Global Black Belt team and has implemented and architected solutions in Azure since 2012, spanning across different roles from Services, Tech Evangelism and Tech Sales. He holds a MSc in Computer Engineering and has a mix of Dev and Ops background having worked as a full-stack developer before moving to a system administrator and later to a DevOps engineer role prior to joining Microsoft. He has founded two startups with successful exit throughout his career and has a passion for helping organizations and individuals grow and succeed leveraging the cloud and kubernetes.

Ricardo leads the Platform Infrastructure team at CERN with a strong focus on cloud native deployments and machine learning. He has led for several years the internal effort to transition services and workloads to use cloud native technologies, as well as dissemination and training efforts. Ricardo got CERN to join the CNCF and is a lead of the CNCF Research User Group. Prior to this work Ricardo helped develop the grid computing infrastructure serving the Large Hadron Collider (LHC).

Karena Angell is a Technical Strategist, Global Engineering at Red Hat focusing on cloud native application workloads for Kubernetes, open source software projects, as well as solutions for the ‘open’ hybrid cloud.

Vincent Caldeira, CTO of Red Hat in APAC, is responsible for strategic partnerships and technology strategy. Named a top CTO in APAC in 2023, he has 20+ years in IT, excelling in technology transformation in finance. An authority in open source, cloud computing, and digital transformation, Vincent frequently speaks on data analytics, AI/ML, and IT sustainability. He is a Board Member of OS-Climate, a member of the GSF Green AI Committee and FINOS Technical Oversight Committee.

Idit Levine is the founder and CEO of Solo.io, a company that creates open-source tools to assist enterprises in adopting and extending innovative cloud-native technologies while modernizing their existing IT investments. Solo.io is a top contributor to CNCF projects such as Envoy Proxy, Istio Service Mesh, and Cilium CNI. Their portfolio of open-source products includes Gloo Gateway, an Envoy-based gateway, and Gloo Mesh, an Istio distribution for service mesh.

Keith Babo is the Chief Product Officer at Solo.io, where he leads product strategy and execution, enabling enterprises to build and scale the next generation of cloud-native and agentic infrastructure for AI-driven applications. Prior to Solo.io, Keith held leadership roles in product management and engineering at Red Hat, Sun Microsystems, and Intel Corporation.

Chris Holmes is a leading figure in the open-source and cloud-native geospatial community, with over 20 years of experience building standards, software, and developer communities that shape how geospatial data is shared and accessed globally. He is VP of Product, Strategy & Partnerships and a Planet Fellow at Planet Labs, and an Industry Fellow at Taylor Geospatial Engine.

Chris was the original lead developer of GeoServer and later founded OpenGeo (Boundless), helping establish sustainable business models around open-source geospatial software. His current work focuses on cloud-native geospatial standards, including founding the SpatioTemporal Asset Catalog (STAC) and co-founding GeoParquet. A longtime advocate for open standards, Chris has served on multiple open-source and standards boards and is a frequent keynote speaker on cloud-native approaches to geospatial data.

Michael is a Platform Engineer at 1KOMMA5°, where he builds the critical developer platform behind Europe’s largest virtual power plant. His work accelerates the development and deployment of software that currently manages over 50,000 decentralized energy systems and executes millions of real-time optimization decisions every day to decarbonize the grid. With over 15 years of experience, Michael drives the cloud-native platform strategy that optimizes the entire software lifecycle, empowering product teams to focus exclusively on innovation and ensuring the platform scales as fast as the renewable energy market demands.

Katie is a cloud native leader and practitioner, currently in a Senior Field Engineer role at Apple and a TOC for CNCF. As a platform engineer, Katie contributed to Conde Nast and American Express platforms and at CNCF led the End User Community.

Katie is the author of the Cloud Native Fundamentals course and a lead for the CNCF KCNA certification. Additionally, Katie is an active keynote public speaker, a #WITAwards and #TechWomen100 winner, and a strong advocate for women in STEM.

Baptiste Assmann is Director of Product at HAProxy Technologies. He spent his career on networking and high performance architecture. Today, he plays a key role on HAProxy’s ecosystem evolution: from bare metal to Kubernetes and from load balancing to advanced security at scale and always looking forward for what’s next!

Jago Macleod is an Engineering Director at Google, where he leads much of the Kubernetes and Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) team, which gives him the opportunity to work with some of Google Cloud’s largest customers. Prior to working at Google, Jago helped make the smart homes that may eventually turn against us at Nest; and before that, he made some of the games that will distract us along the way as VP of Engineering at Disney Interactive Games.

Mathias (Matt) Biilmann is the CEO and co-founder of Netlify, the AI-native web platform where developers and AI agents build together. He coined Agent Experience (AX) to describe how people and AI collaborate to create a better, more open web. Earlier, he pioneered the Jamstack movement, an approach that transformed how the web is built and deployed. Today, he leads a community of more than ten million developers and stands by a simple, powerful belief: everyone who builds online is a developer.

Jesse is a Principal Product Manager and Technologist at Amazon Web Services, where he’s currently focused on delivering features in Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS) to help customers build and scale with Kubernetes to transform their workflows, remove friction, and succeed with Kubernetes on AWS. Jesse’s unique perspective comes from participating in multiple transformative waves of technology, from the early days of enterprise computing and virtualization, through the advent of containerization and early work in the Open Containers Initiative, to today’s cloud native landscape. As an open standards advocate, Jesse plays a key role in bridging customer needs with the broader Kubernetes ecosystem, contributing to features that make cloud native adoption more accessible and effective for teams and organizations of all sizes.

Mark Collier has a proven track record of fostering organizational growth in neighboring open source foundations. Mark co-founded the Open Stack Foundation (now OpenInfra Foundation), and has played a key role in the development and global success of OIF. Over the past 13 years, he established it as a leading cloud platform and one of the most dynamic projects in the history of open source computing. Since its modest beginnings under Mark’s leadership in 2012 OSF/OIF has expanded into a community of 8 platinum, 10 gold and 66 silver corporate members. Mark’s robust knowledge of AI, including a central role in shaping the definition of open source AI through the Open Source Initiative, makes him an ideal leader for LF AI & Data and the PyTorch Foundation.

Brian Stevens is Red Hat’s Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for AI, where he drives the company’s vision for an open, hybrid AI future. His work empowers enterprises to build and deploy intelligent applications anywhere, from the datacenter to the edge. As Red Hat’s CTO of Engineering (2001-2014), Brian was central to the company’s initial growth and the expansion of its portfolio into cloud, middleware, and virtualization technologies.

After helping scale Google Cloud as its VP and CTO, Brian’s passion for transformative technology led him to become CEO of Neural Magic, a pioneer in software-based AI acceleration. Red Hat’s strategic acquisition of Neural Magic in 2025 brought Brian back to the company, uniting his leadership with Red Hat’s mission to make open source the foundation for the AI era.

Greg Kroah-Hartman is among a distinguished group of software developers who maintain Linux at the kernel level. In his role as a Linux Foundation Fellow, he continues his work as the maintainer for the Linux stable kernel branch and a variety of subsystems while working in a fully neutral environment. He also works closely with Linux Foundation members and projects, and on key initiatives to advance Linux.

Greg created and maintains the Linux Driver Project. He is also currently the maintainer for the Linux stable kernel branch and a variety of different subsystems that include USB, staging, driver core, tty, and sysfs, among others. Most recently, he was a Fellow at SUSE.

Greg is an adviser to Oregon State University’s Open Source Lab and a member of The Linux Foundation’s Technical Advisory Board. He has delivered a variety of keynote addresses at developer and industry events, and has authored two books covering Linux device drivers and Linux kernel development.

Jan Melén is an expert in networking, open-source software, and cloud technologies, with a career spanning over two decades. He is a staunch advocate for Free and Open-Source Software (FOSS) adoption within Ericsson and the broader community he engages with.

Since 2019, Jan has led a team dedicated to CNCF open-source projects, contributing to Ericsson’s K8s distribution, and fostering an “upstream-first” culture. He oversees Ericsson’s open-source contributions and collaboration with CNCF.
