Corporate (In-Person only)
The Corporate Registration type is for registrants whose company is paying for in-person attendance to O3DCon. This includes for-profit companies and government employees. You will help keep the conference affordable for everyone, especially students and those needing financial aid.

Indie Studios (In-Person only)
The Indie Studios Registration type is for registrants who are currently working at an indie studio with less than 10 employees. Your studio name will be asked during the registration process for confirmation. You will receive confirmation within five business days of registering if your Indie Studios registration is approved or needs additional information.

Individuals (In-Person only)
The Individual Registration type is for registrants who are currently not working for a company, work for a non-profit or are attending in person at their own expense (i.e. not funded by a company). You will receive confirmation within five business days of registering if your Individual registration is approved or needs additional information.

Academic and student registrations are for current full-time students and faculty members. Full-time faculty and students will need to upload a valid copy of their Faculty or Student ID when registering. If you have any questions, please email O3DCon@linuxfoundation.org.

A registration link was shared in an email to your company’s sponsorship contact. Please reach out to your company’s sponsorship contact if you need to register as a Sponsor. For further questions, please email O3DCon@linuxfoundation.org.

Group Discounts
If you have a group of 5 or more people, you can receive a 10% discount on all passes. All pass types must be the same, and all registrations must be processed under one group registration and must be paid with the same credit card. To create a group, select “Add Another Person” to your registration. When 5 or more people are added the 10% discount will be automatically applied. Please contact O3DCon@linuxfoundation.org for any questions.


Registration Invoices
You should receive an invoice upon registration, however, if you need an additional copy or an updated invoice please submit a request here

Certificates of Attendance
To request a Certificate of Attendance, please submit a request herePlease Note: We verify attendance through the registration system, and Certificate of Attendance letters are sent out after the event is completed. 


If you must cancel for any reason, log back into your registration and select “unregister” or email us at O3DCon@linuxfoundation.org. Refunds will only be issued for cancellations received two weeks prior to the event start date and may take up to 14 days to process. Please note that refunds, new transactions, and/or credit card changes are each subject to a separate 3.5% processing fee.

Substitutions (available only for virtual events)
If you are unable to attend, you may substitute another attendee in lieu of cancellation. To substitute an attendee, you may return to the registration form, log in as ‘Already Registered’ and edit the registration with the new attendee’s information. Utilizing this feature will also allow you to re-issue yourself a receipt and/or confirmation should you need it.
