The Hall Pass includes access to keynote sessions, lightning talks, exhibit hall, unconference sessions, the hallway track, attendee lounges, t-shirt and daily breakfast/breaks. It does not include access to any of the Open Networking Summit Conference Sessions or Tutorials.
Academic registration is for full-time faculty members. Faculty will be required to upload a valid Faculty ID when registering for the conference.
Student registration is for current full-time students. Students will be required to upload their valid student ID when registering for the conference.

Professionals who work at a tax-exempt organization as defined by the IRS may receive a 20% discount on the applicable, full-event registration rate. Please email email@example.com for a discount code. Please note: this discount may not be combined with any additional discounts. Professionals must submit proof of employment as a tax-exempt organization before receiving this discount.
If you have a group of 5 or more people, you can receive a 10% discount on all passes. All pass types must be the same, and all registrations must be processed under one group registration and must be paid with the same credit card. To create a group, select “Add Another Person” to your registration. When 5 or more people are added the 10% discount will be automatically applied. CANCELLATIONS & SUBSTITUTIONS
The Linux Foundation will offer full registration refunds up to the date of the event for attendees that cannot travel due to COVID/19 Novel Coronavirus.
To cancel, log back into your registration using your confirmation number and select “unregister” or email us at email@example.com. 100% of your registration fee will be refunded. Note, it may take up to 14 days to process.
If you would like to substitute another attendee in lieu of cancellation, return to the registration form, log in as ‘Already Registered’ and edit the registration with the new attendee’s information. Utilizing this feature will also allow you to re-issue yourself a receipt and/or confirmation should you need it.
