PyTorch Conference 2025 is taking place October 22 – 23 at Moscone West in San Francisco, California.

VISA LETTER REQUEST
If you require a visa letter, please register for the event, and then complete the visa letter request form.
All visa letter requests must be submitted no later than two weeks prior to the event. Any visa letter requests made after the two-week deadline cannot be guaranteed. The Linux Foundation processes most visa letter requests in (3) business days.
SCHEDULE & uploading Bio / Photo
The poster presentations will be announced on Thursday, September 4 and posted on our website using sched.com. You will receive an email directly from sched.com asking you to create your account; please make sure to upload your bio and photo if needed.

Poster Session Print Deadline: EOD Friday, September 26. If your poster is not finalized at this point, or if you have any changes after this point, you’ll need to print and transport your poster to the event.
SPECIFICATIONS:
Caution: Do not change the paper size in the example template. It is intentionally set to a big size.
SUBMIT YOUR FILE:
Please add your finalized file to the Google Folder no later than EOD Friday, September 26.

Inclusive Speaker Orientation Online Course
In collaboration with the National Center for Women in Technology (NCWIT), the Linux Foundation has created an online course designed to teach the viewer about inclusion, diversity, and unconscious bias.
