OVERVIEW

We welcome you as a Poster presenter for PyTorch Conference 2025 taking place October 22 – 23 at Moscone West in San Francisco, California.

PyTorch Conference 2025 is taking place October 22 – 23 at Moscone West in San Francisco, California. 

The Linux Foundation contracted rooms at The Intercontinental San Francisco.  For booking details, please visit our Venue & Travel page.

VISA LETTER REQUEST

If you require a visa letter, please register for the event, and then complete the visa letter request form.

All visa letter requests must be submitted no later than two weeks prior to the event. Any visa letter requests made after the two-week deadline cannot be guaranteed. The Linux Foundation processes most visa letter requests in (3) business days.

SCHEDULE & uploading Bio / Photo

The poster presentations will be announced on Thursday, September 4 and posted on our website using sched.com. You will receive an email directly from sched.com asking you to create your account; please make sure to upload your bio and photo if needed.

Schedule Timing:

  • Poster Sessions: Wednesday, October 22, 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM
    • All posters will be on display throughout the day on Wednesday, October 22 and Thursday, October 23, allowing attendees to review the posters before and after poster sessions take place during the reception. You are only required to be at your poster during the Poster Sessions session, taking place during the reception.

Poster Session Print Deadline: EOD Friday, September 26. If your poster is not finalized at this point, or if you have any changes after this point, you’ll need to print and transport your poster to the event.

SPECIFICATIONS:

  • An optional template (vertical or horitzonal) is available for download here.
  • Size: 36” x 24”, printed one-sided
  • File type: PDF, include .3 cm (3mm) bleed & crop marks
  • Technical Specs:
    • CMYK color
    • Ideal bitmap resolution is 100-150 DPI in final size
    • Individual files sizes smaller than 100MB

Caution: Do not change the paper size in the example template. It is intentionally set to a big size.

SUBMIT YOUR FILE:

Please add your finalized file to the Google Folder no later than EOD Friday, September 26.

Inclusive Speaker Orientation Online Course

In collaboration with the National Center for Women in Technology (NCWIT), the Linux Foundation has created an online course designed to teach the viewer about inclusion, diversity, and unconscious bias.
