Dear {Name},

I’d like to attend the upcoming WasmCon 2024 taking place June 24-25, 2024 in Seattle, Washington. I’ve researched many conferences and found that this is the place to get the latest insights and best practices for working with WebAssembly.

There will be talented individuals from across the WebAssembly ecosystem will gather to share learnings, highlight innovation, and discuss the future of WebAssembly.

Here’s how I envision my attendance at WasmCon strengthening our company:

  • WasmCon offers a variety of sessions, including presentations, hands-on tutorials, deep-dive technical lectures, and visionary keynotes from industry leaders. Attending these sessions will allow me to build my knowledge and learn from other community members on best practices, find out more on how to best use WebAssembly.
  • The “hallway track” at WasmCon will allow me to meet Wasm leaders. I hope to meet others that might face the same challenges and problems I do, so that we can work together to solve technical issues now and in the future. Creating strategic partnerships at the event could be very useful in the future when we encounter new challenges.

If I register before May 19, 2024, the fee is only $449 USD. Included in the registration fee is access to all keynotes and sessions, access to the sponsor showcase, hallway tracks and lounges, continental breakfast, and morning and afternoon breaks. It also includes entrance to the evening events, including the onsite reception, and other networking events.

I would be happy to write a post-conference report detailing what I’ve learned, and recommend any changes we can implement to improve our practices.

Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. I hope we can make this opportunity work.

Thanks,
