The sponsor showcase will be held in the Conference Room Foyer on level 1 of the DoubleTree by Hilton Berlin Ku’damm.

Sponsor Receives

• 6ft table (or similar size) with table drape
• 2 chairs
• 1 power drop with power strip
• Conference wifi

You may bring your own tablecloth.

Pull-up banners are permitted as long as they fit within your booth space (6ft x 4ft). Banners may not be placed in front of your table or on the sides of your table.

The venue must be notified of your shipment at least 5 days before shipment arrival.

Please add your shipping information to the sponsor shipment tracking form so event management can ensure your boxes are delivered to your exhibit table for set up.

The following sponsor levels receive speaking opportunities at the event:

Diamond – Day 1 keynote (20 minutes)

Platinum – Day 1 keynote (15 minutes)

Gold – Keynote (15 minutes)
