The KubeCon + CloudNativeCon ONLY pass is still available. With this pass, you get all the fantastic content you’ve come to expect from the three full KubeCon + CloudNativeCon days.

Recently affected by job loss? CNCF is supporting the community in the following ways:
Individual ticket pricing is available for anyone who is currently not working for a company, works for a non-profit or is attending in person at their own expense (i.e. not funded by a company).
CNCF is offering up to 200 complimentary in-person KubeCon + CloudNativeCon Only tickets* to support those affected by recent job loss. These tickets will be distributed on a first come, first served basis to those in need. Please email us at events@cncf.io with “Job Loss Ticket Offer” as the subject, for a special discount code.
*Offer Details:
- In-Person KubeCon + CloudNativeCon Only ticket (does not include co-located events)
- One request/ticket per person in need
- First come, first served up to the 200 ticket limit
- Email must include “Job Loss Ticket Offer” in the subject line, and provide your first and last name plus email address you will use to register and details surrounding your need.

Registration Types
What can I expect from the new registration types?
Quick Note:
We never sell attendee lists or contact information, nor do we authorize others to do so. If you receive an email claiming to sell an attendee list for a Linux Foundation event, please forward it to events@cncf.io.
In-Person All-Access Registration (Corporate, Individual, Academic):
This ticket type includes entry to all CNCF-hosted co-located events and KubeCon + CloudNativeCon. There will no longer be attendee registration fees per CNCF-hosted co-located event. Access to the virtual event is included with this ticket type.
In-Person KubeCon + CloudNativeCon Only Registration (Corporate, Individual, Academic):
This ticket type includes entry to KubeCon + CloudNativeCon ONLY. No access will be granted to CNCF-hosted co-located events. Access to the virtual event is included with this ticket type.
Virtual:
This ticket type includes all KubeCon + CloudNativeCon keynote and breakout session access online. There is no longer a virtual solutions showcase in which to interact with sponsors.
Virtual Keynote Only:
This ticket type includes KubeCon + CloudNativeCon keynote sessions online only.
Corporate (In-person only):
The Corporate Registration type is for registrants whose company is paying for in-person attendance to KubeCon + CloudNativeCon. This includes for-profit companies and government employees. You will help keep the conference affordable for everyone, especially students and those needing financial aid.
Individuals (In-person only)
The Individual Registration type is for registrants who are currently not working for a company, work for a non-profit or are attending in person at their own expense (i.e. not funded by a company). You will receive confirmation within five business days of registering if your Individual registration is approved or needs additional information.
Academics (In-person only):
Academic and student registrations are for current full-time students and faculty members. Full-time faculty and students will need to upload a valid copy of their Faculty or Student ID when registering. If you have any questions, please email events@cncf.io.
Speakers:
You should have received a registration link in your acceptance email. If you did not, please contact speakers@cncf.io for more details. Note that accepted co-located event speakers will now receive a complimentary All-Access In-Person ticket, providing free access to all CNCF-hosted co-located events AND KubeCon + CloudNativeCon. Likewise, KubeCon + CloudNativeCon speakers will also receive the All-Access In-Person ticket.

Discounts
Group Discounts:
If you have a group of 5 or more people, you can receive a 10% discount on all passes. To request a group discount code, email events@cncf.io.
All pass types must be the same, and all registrations must be processed under one group registration and must be paid with the same credit card. To create a group, select “Add Another Person” to your registration and add the discount code on the payment page. Please note: this discount may not be combined with any additional discounts. Contact events@cncf.io for any questions.
LF Training Discounts:
Linux Foundation Training is pleased to offer discounts for each attendee pass type for KubeCon + CloudNativeCon Europe 2023. Each one-time use coupon is only available for attendees of the event and will expire as of 23:59 Pacific on Monday, 24 April 2023. The discount cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion. Only valid for new training purchases and cannot be applied to a previously purchased exam or bundle. Details on how to access and download the coupon will be provided to registered attendees between Wednesday, 19 April and Friday, 21 April, 2023.

Invoices & Certificates of Attendance
Registration Invoices
Invoice receipts are downloadable from the confirmation email you received after registering under the Payment Receipt Information section. If the downloadable invoice receipt does not meet your needs or you need to have your confirmation email resent, please submit your request here. Please include any additional customization you need for your invoice receipt in the request.
Certificates of Attendance:
To request a Certificate of Attendance, please submit a request here. Please Note: We verify attendance through the registration system, and Certificate of Attendance letters are sent out after the event is completed.
Refund Policy
Cancellations:
If you must cancel for any reason, please sign back into your registration, click the “Register/Modify” button and select “Unregister.” If you need further assistance, email registration@linuxfoundation.org.
Refunds will only be issued for cancellations received two weeks prior to the event start date, including bulk ticket request refunds, and will appear as a credit on the card’s statement 7 – 10 business days after cancellation. Due to the ongoing pandemic, individual refund requests due to COVID-19 positive tests will be honored up until the start date of the event, and must be accompanied by a photo of a positive COVID-19 test.
Please note: Refunds can only be issued on the card the original payment was made.
Substitutions:
If you are unable to attend, you may substitute another attendee in lieu of cancellation. To substitute an attendee, sign back into your registration, click the “Register/Modify”, and select “Transfer Registration” on your confirmation page.
