KubeCon + CloudNativeCon Europe is rescheduled to August 13 – 16, 2020. Howeverwe highly recommend holding on booking your travel or hotel accommodations unless they are fully refundable in case we determine we do need to change this to a virtual event, due to the unprecedented impact of the COVID-19 global pandemic. Corporate
The Corporate Registration type is for registrants whose company is paying for attendance to KubeCon + CloudNativeCon. This includes for-profit companies and government employees. You will help keep the conference affordable for everyone, especially students and those needing financial aid.

Individual
The Individual Registration type is for registrants who are currently not working for a company, work for a non-profit or are attending at their own expense (i.e. not funded by a company). You will receive confirmation within five business days of registering if your Individual registration is approved or needs additional information.

Academic
The Academic Registration type is for registrants who are currently a student or faculty at a college or university. Student/faculty attendees will be required to upload a photo of valid student/faculty ID during the registration process and it may be requested while checking in on-site.

Speaker
Only accepted speakers via the CFP process will receive complimentary speaker registration. If you are an accepted speaker and did not receive your code, please email speakers@cncf.io.

Sponsor

Save Money and Join the CNCF End User Community
Cloud native end users can send 5 people to KubeCon + CloudNativeCon *and* join with other cloud native leaders like Apple, Bloomberg, and Spotify for less than the cost of five tickets (two people for less than the cost of two tickets for startups). The End User Community, which is limited to companies that do not sell cloud native services, has a private monthly call, email list, and Slack channel, with direct access to project maintainers and other community leaders. Refund Information

The Cloud Native Computing Foundation will offer full registration refunds up to the date of the event for attendees that cannot travel due to COVID/19 Novel Coronavirus.

To cancel, log back into your registration using your confirmation number and select “unregister” or email us at events@cncf.io. 100% of your registration fee will be refunded. Note, it may take up to 14 days to process.

If you would like to substitute another attendee in lieu of cancellation, return to the registration form, log in as ‘Already Registered’ and edit the registration with the new attendee’s information. Utilizing this feature will also allow you to re-issue yourself a receipt and/or confirmation should you need it.

Note to Event Participants on Email Scams to Purchase Attendee Lists
There has been a growing number of emails going out claiming to sell the attendee list for this event. We never sell attendee lists or contact information, nor do we authorize others to do so. Anyone claiming to be authorized to do so is fraudulent. At this time we have no reason to believe that they have obtained the attendee list, which we never publicly share for exactly this reason. If you receive an email claiming to sell an attendee list for this event, it is fraudulent.
