Pass Types

What can I expect from the pass types?

All-Access Pass:
This pass type includes entry to all CNCF-hosted co-located events and KubeCon + CloudNativeCon. There will no longer be attendee registration fees per CNCF-hosted co-located event.

KubeCon + CloudNativeCon Only Pass:
This pass type includes entry to KubeCon + CloudNativeCon ONLY. No access will be granted to CNCF-hosted co-located events.

Quick Note:
We never sell attendee lists or contact information, nor do we authorize others to do so. If you receive an email claiming to sell an attendee list for a Linux Foundation event, please forward it to events@cncf.io.

Registration Types

Corporate:
The Corporate Registration type is for registrants whose company is paying for attendance to KubeCon + CloudNativeCon. This includes for-profit companies and government employees. You will help keep the conference affordable for everyone, especially students and those needing financial aid.

Individuals:
The Individual Registration type is for registrants who are currently not working for a company, work for a non-profit or research institution or are attending at their own expense (i.e. not funded by a company). You will receive confirmation within five business days of registering if your individual registration is approved or needs additional information.

Academics:
Academic and student registrations are for current full-time students and faculty members. Full-time faculty and students will need to upload a valid copy of their Faculty or Student ID when registering. If you have any questions, please contact Event Support.

Speakers:
You should have received a registration link in your acceptance email. If you did not, please contact speakers@cncf.io for more details. Note that accepted co-located event speakers will now receive a complimentary All-Access pass, providing free access to all CNCF-hosted co-located events AND KubeCon + CloudNativeCon. Likewise, KubeCon + CloudNativeCon speakers will also receive the All-Access pass.

Sponsors:
A registration link was shared in an email to your company’s sponsorship contact. Please reach out to your company’s sponsorship contact if you need to register as a Sponsor. For further questions, please email sponsorservices@cncf.io.

Media:
If you are a member of the media interested in attending this event and have not received a complimentary access code to attend, please contact pr@cncf.io and a member of our PR team will be in touch.

Recently affected by job loss or budget freeze? CNCF is supporting the community in the following ways:

Individual ticket pricing is available for anyone who is currently not working for a company, works for a non-profit or is attending in person at their own expense (i.e. not funded by a company).

CNCF is offering up to 50 complimentary KubeCon + CloudNativeCon tickets* to support those affected by recent job loss or budget freeze. These tickets will be distributed on a first come, first served basis to those in need.

*Offer Details:

  • KubeCon + CloudNativeCon Only ticket
  • One request/ticket per person in need
  • First come, first served up to the 50 ticket limit
  • Email must include “Job Loss + Budget Freeze Ticket Offer” in the subject line, and provide your first and last name plus email address you will use to register and details surrounding your need.

Scholarships

To encourage and increase the participation of a diverse community, we are pleased to offer diversity, need-based, and maintainer scholarships to our conferences. Review additional information and the scholarship application.

Discounts

Group Discounts:

If you have a group of 5 or more people, you can receive a 10% discount on all passes. To request a group discount code, contact Event Support.

All pass types must be the same, and all registrations must be processed under one group registration and must be paid with the same credit card. To create a group, select “Add Another Person” to your registration and add the discount code on the payment page. Please note: this discount may not be combined with any additional discounts. Contact Event Support with any questions.

LF Training Discounts:

The Training & Certification group of The Linux Foundation (parent company of CNCF) is pleased to offer discounts for KubeCon + CloudNativeCon Europe 2024. Each one-time use coupon is only available for attendees of the event. The discount cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion. Only valid for new training purchases and cannot be applied to a previously purchased exam or bundle.

Register for KubeCon + CloudNativeCon Europe 2024 to receive 40% off select trainings and certifications.

Details on how to access and download the coupon will be provided to registered attendees between Wednesday, 20 and Friday, 22 March 2024.

Invoices & Certificates of Attendance

Registration Invoices:
Invoice receipts are downloadable from the confirmation email you received after registering under the Payment Receipt Information section. If the downloadable invoice receipt does not meet your needs or you need to have your confirmation email resent, please submit your request here. Please include any additional customization you need for your invoice receipt in the request.

Certificates of Attendance:
To request a Certificate of Attendance, please submit a request herePlease Note: We verify attendance through the registration system, and Certificate of Attendance letters are sent out after the event is completed.

Refund Policy

Cancellations:
If you must cancel for any reason, please sign back into your registration, click the “Register/Modify” button and select “Unregister.” If you need further assistance, contact Event Support.

Refunds will only be issued for cancellations received two weeks prior to the event start date, including bulk ticket request refunds, and will appear as a credit on the card’s statement 7 – 10 business days after cancellation. Individual refund requests for late cancellations due to sickness or emergency will be considered on a case by case basis – contact Event Support.

Please note: Refunds can only be issued on the card the original payment was made.

Substitutions:
If you are unable to attend, you may substitute another attendee in lieu of cancellation. To substitute an attendee, sign back into your registration, click the “Register/Modify”, and select “Transfer Registration” on your confirmation page.
