What is the format of PX4 Developer Summit 2023, and when will it take place?

The PX4 Developer Summit 2023 is an in-person event, taking place on October 21-22, 2023 in New Orleans, LA.

What is the timezone for the event?

PX4 Developer Summit 2023 will take place in Central Daylight Time, UTC -5.

Will all sessions be recorded?

Yes! Once the event ends, all attendees will be able to view sessions on-demand on the PX4 Autopilot YouTube channel. Recordings will be available within two weeks of the event conclusion.

How do I access a speaker’s slides after the event?

Any session slides provided by speakers will be added to the event schedule as they are received. While we encourage all speakers to share their slides, there may be instances where slides are not made available.

Are there media passes available?

If you are a member of the media interested in attending, and have not yet received a complimentary access code to attend, please contact dfevents@linuxfoundation.org with a subject line with the event name.

A registration link and code will be available in your acceptance email (speaker notifications sent the week of August 14.)

Where do I get my sponsor access code?

A registration link and code will be shared in an email to your company’s sponsorship contact. Please speak to your company’s sponsorship contact if you need to register as a sponsor. For further questions, please email dfevents@linuxfoundation.org.
