Dear {Name},

I’d like to attend the upcoming RISC-V Summit 2024 taking place October 22-23 in Santa Clara. I’ve researched many conferences and found that this one brings together a diverse array of professionals, including top-tier researchers, developers, and academic communities, fostering collaboration and advancing end-to-end machine learning.

Over 1,000 talented individuals from across the ecosystem will gather to share learnings, highlight innovation, and discuss the move towards a more secure digital future.

Here’s how I envision my attendance at RISC-V Conference 2024 strengthening our company:

  • Exploring Cutting-Edge Research: The RISC-V Summit 2024 serves as a hub for the latest advancements and breakthroughs in RISC-V architecture and related technologies. By immersing myself in the conference, I’ll have the opportunity to stay abreast of cutting-edge research and emerging trends, which can inform our company’s strategic decisions and product development roadmap.
  • Showcasing Our Expertise: Attending the RISC-V Summit 2024 provides a platform to showcase our company’s expertise and thought leadership in the field of RISC-V and open-source hardware. Through active participation in discussions, workshops, and networking opportunities, I aim to elevate our company’s profile within the industry, attracting potential clients, collaborators, and talent who recognize the value we bring to the table.

Registering before October 11 secures the discounted fee of $499. Subsequently, the fee increases to $699 from October 12 until the event. The registration fee includes access to all keynotes and sessions, access to the expo hall, hallway tracks and lounges, continental breakfast, lunch, and morning and afternoon breaks. It also includes entrance to the evening events, including the all-attendee onsite reception.

I would be happy to write a post-conference report detailing what I’ve learned, and recommend any changes we can implement to improve our practices.

Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. I hope we can make this opportunity work.

Thanks,
{Your Name}
