As of October 11, 2022, foreign nationals are no longer required to apply for the Entrants, Returnees Follow-up Systems (ERFS). Depending on your country of residence, you may still need a visa to enter Japan. Click here for more information.

Current OnSite Requirements
Note that in-person attendees must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination OR a Negative COVID-19 Test. Additionally, all attendees will need to comply with all on-site health measures, in accordance with The Linux Foundation Code of Conduct. アカデミック登録
アカデミック登録は、現役の学生とフルタイムの教職員が対象です。学生およびフルタイム教職員の方は、カンファレンス登録時に有効な教員証または学生証の写真をアップロードする必要があります。
（一般参加者として登録済みでアカデミック登録に切り替えたい方は、一般参加者の登録を一旦キャンセルし、新たにアカデミック登録を行ってください。）
ホビイスト登録
ホビイスト登録料金の対象者は、コミュニティで目下活躍しており、イベント参加費用を個人で負担する方です。ホビイスト登録料金で登録する場合はアクセス コードが必要です。アクセス コードについては events@linuxfoundation.org までお問い合わせください。ただしホビイストのアクセス コードは数に限りがあります。また、このディスカウントと他のディスカウントを併用することはできません。
スモールビジネス登録

Academic Registration
Academic registration is for current students and full-time faculty members. Students and full-time faculty will be required to upload a photo of their valid student/Faculty ID when registering for the conference.
Hobbyist Registration
You may choose this selection if you are paying for yourself to attend this event and are currently active in the community. Please contact us at events@linuxfoundation.org to request the Hobbyist Fee access code. Note, there are a limited number of Hobbyist access codes available and this discount may not be combined with any additional discounts.
Small Business Registration

Linux Foundation Members are eligible to receive a 20% discount. Please email events@linuxfoundation.org to request the LF Member discount code.
Non-Profit Professionals
Professionals who work at a tax-exempt organization as defined by the IRS may receive a 20% discount on the applicable, full-event registration rate. Please email events@linuxfoundation.org for a discount code. Please note: this discount may not be combined with any additional discounts. Professionals must submit proof of employment as a tax-exempt organization before receiving this discount.
Group Discounts
If you have a group of 5 or more people, you can receive a 10% discount on all passes. All pass types must be the same, and all registrations must be processed under one group registration and must be paid with the same credit card. On the Summary page of the registration form, you’ll click ‘Add Group Member’ to continue registering additional people. When 5 or more people are added the 10% discount will be automatically applied.

Registration Invoices
You should receive an invoice upon registration, however, if you need an additional copy or an updated invoice please submit a request here.
Certificates of Attendance
To request a Certificate of Attendance, please submit a request here. Please Note: We verify attendance through the registration system, and Certificate of Attendance letters are sent out after the event is completed.
キャンセルや代理参加について

CANCELLATIONS & SUBSTITUTIONS
If you must cancel for any reason, please log back into your registration, click the “Register/Modify” button, and select “Unregister.” If you need further assistance, email events@linuxfoundation.com. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, refunds will be issued up until the start date of the event and all processing fees will be waived.
