Speaker Know Before You Go

Welcome TO CNCF-hosted co-located events

We look forward to having you present at CNCF-Hosted Co-located Events @ KubeCon + CloudNativeCon Europe 2025! Below you will find all logistical details needed to prepare as a speaker.

Code of Conduct

Please read and abide by our Code of Conduct. We ask that speakers especially review and are careful to be inclusive in the words and images used during their presentation.

SESSION LOGISTICS

Sessions will be video recorded and uploaded to our CNCF Youtube Channel within two weeks after the event. There is no live virtual component to this event.

In-Person Speakers

  • All speakers must supply their own computer and HDMI adapter to use during their sessions. 
  • An AV tech in the room will be available during your presentation. Please visit the AV table in order to be mic’d and to connect your laptop to the podium.
  • Rooms will include a screen, projector, and (1) microphone for each speaker or shared microphones for the panelists.
  • We recommend viewing seasoned CNCF speaker Bart Farell’s in-depth speaker training video and accompanying guide ahead of traveling to the event.

TIMING + LOCATION OF YOUR TALK

Please check the agenda for the exact time and the room location of your talk. Please be sure to be there at least 15 minutes in advance.  If you need to test your presentation, please do so in the morning between 8:30-9:00.

TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS

Starting this year, many visitors from visa-exempt countries, including the U.S., Canada, and Australia, will need a UK ETA for entry. Check your travel requirements in advance of your travels.

SHARE SLIDE DECK

If you have not uploaded your slides to Sched.com, please submit a PDF copy of your slide deck as soon as possible. This is for the attendee access and will NOT be pre-loaded onsite.

Speaker Marketing kit

Make use of our speaker marketing kit, including a few social media posts and graphics to help spread the word and excitement about your presence at the event! Feel free to post to any of your social channels.

QR CODE FOR FEEDBACK

We encourage all speakers to add their session’s provided QR code to the end of their presentation to encourage attendees to score and leave feedback, which will be sent via email after the event.
