Important: The Linux Foundation will never reach out to attendees by phone to make hotel reservations for our conferences. Please be advised that the most secure way to book in our discounted room block is by using the direct booking link provided below or by calling the hotel directly. If you receive a phone call or email from someone claiming to be with The Linux Foundation or the hotel and they attempt to sell you a hotel room, please email us at housing@linuxfoundation.org.
At the Resort at Squaw Creek, we have a discounted room block with rates from:
- Deluxe Guestroom: $189 per night, plus $30 per nights resort fee, plus taxes
- Fireplace Suite: $219 per night, plus $30 per nights resort fee, plus taxes
Rate Includes: Wireless internet access in guestrooms, In-room coffee and Tea Service, Squaw Valley Shuttle Service (seasonal), Use of the resorts health club facilities, Complimentary Ski/Golf Valet (seasonal), Access to Oasis Pool Complex, and Tennis Court Fees (seasonal)

Deposit Policy
A deposit equal to the first night room and tax will be required at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
7 days prior to arrival to avoid a charge equal to the full value of the reservation.
Early Departure Fee
The unused balance of the reservation will be charged, unless notified 7 days prior to arrival.
No-Show Fee
The hotel’s no-show fee is the entire reservation.
Alternate Lodging
The Linux Foundation has not contracted rooms at these properties and cannot guarantee rates or availability.
