わたしたちは出席者リストや連絡先情報を販売することはありません。また、そのような行為を容認しません。Linux Foundationイベントの参加者リストを販売する旨のメールを受け取った場合は、events@cncf.io まで転送してください。 

個人参加者：
個人登録タイプは、現在企業に勤務していない登録者、非営利機関や研究機関に勤務している登録者、自費で参加する登録者など（つまり、企業から資金提供を受けていない登録者）を対象としています。個人登録が承認された場合、または追加情報が必要な場合は、登録後5営業日以内に確認メールが届きます。

企業参加者：
企業登録タイプは、KubeDay Japanへの参加費を企業が負担する登録者向けです。営利企業や政府自治体の方などが対象です。すべての人々、特に学生や経済的援助を必要としている人々が手頃な価格でカンファレンスに参加できるよう、ご協力ください。

スピーカー：
講演者への承認通知メールには、講演者登録用のリンクが含まれています。まだお持ちでない場合は、詳細について cfp@cncf.io までお問い合わせください。

スポンサー：
スポンサー企業には、各社のスポンサーシップ担当の方あてに、専用登録サイトへのリンクをお送りしています。スポンサーとして登録する場合は、各社のスポンサーシップ担当者にご確認ください。さらに質問がある場合は、events@cncf.io までお問い合わせください。

メディア：
このイベントに参加ご希望で、無料アクセス コードをお持ちでないメディアの方は、pr@cncf.io までご連絡ください。PRチームからご連絡を差し上げます。

Quick Note:
We never sell attendee lists or contact information, nor do we authorize others to do so. If you receive an email claiming to sell an attendee list for a Linux Foundation event, please forward it to events@cncf.io. 

Individual Attendee:
The Individual Registration type is for registrants who are currently not working for a company, work for a non-profit or research institution or are attending at their own expense (i.e. not funded by a company). You will receive confirmation within five business days of registering if your individual registration is approved or needs additional information.

Corporate Attendee:
The Corporate Registration type is for registrants whose company is paying for attendance to KubeDay Japan. This includes for-profit companies and government employees. You will help keep the conference affordable for everyone, especially students and those needing financial aid.

Speakers:
You should have received a registration link in your acceptance email. If you did not, please contact cfp@cncf.io for more details.

Sponsors:
A registration link was shared in an email to your company’s sponsorship contact. Please reach out to your company’s sponsorship contact if you need to register as a Sponsor. For further questions, please email events@cncf.io.

Media:
If you are a member of the media interested in attending this event and have not received a complimentary access code to attend, please contact pr@cncf.io and a member of our PR team will be in touch.

ディスカウント

団体割引：
5人以上の参加者をまとめて登録すると、すべてのパスが10％割引になります。グループ割引コードをご希望の方は、イベント サポートまでお問い合わせください。

ただしすべてのパス タイプが同じで、すべての登録が1つのグループ登録として処理され、同じクレジットカードで支払われる必要があります。グループを作成するには、登録時に“Add Another Person”を選択してください。5人以上追加されると、自動的に10%割引が適用されます。ご質問がある場合は、イベント サポートまでお問い合わせください。

請求書と参加証明書

登録請求書：
請求書の領収書は、Payment Receipt Information（支払い領収書情報）セクションで登録後に受け取る確認メールからダウンロードできます。ダウンロード可能な領収書がニーズを満たしていない場合、または確認メールを再送信する必要がある場合は、こちらからリクエストを送信してください。請求書の領収書に必要な追加のカスタマイズをリクエストに含めてください。

参加証明書：
参加証明書が必要な方は、こちらからリクエストを送信してください。ただし、私たちは登録システムを通じて参加を確認しますので、参加証明書レターはイベントの完了後に送信されます。ご了承ください。

返金ポリシー

キャンセルについて：
何らかの理由でキャンセルする必要がある場合は、登録サイトに再度サインインし、[Register/Modify] ボタンをクリックし、[Unregister] を選択してください。サポートが必要な場合は、registration@linuxfoundation.org までメールでお問い合わせください。

返金処理は、イベント開始日より2週間前までのキャンセルに対してのみ行われ、キャンセル後 7～10 営業日後にカードの明細にクレジットとして表示されます。病気や緊急事態によるキャンセルの遅れに対する個別の返金リクエストは、ケースバイケースで検討されます。registration@linuxfoundation.org までご連絡ください。

注意:払い戻しは、元の支払いが行われたカードに対してのみ行うことができます。

代理参加について：
参加できなくなった際には、キャンセルする以外に、参加者を変更するという選択肢もあります。出席者を代理するには、登録サイトに再度サインインし、[Register/Modify] をクリックして、確認ページで [Transfer Registration] を選択します。

Discounts

Group Discounts:
If you have a group of 5 or more people, you can receive a 10% discount on all passes. To request a group discount code, contact Event Support.

All pass types must be the same, and all registrations must be processed under one group registration and must be paid with the same credit card. To create a group, select “Add Another Person” to your registration. When 5 or more people are added the 10% discount will be automatically applied. Please contact Event Support for any questions.

Invoices & Certificates of Attendance

Registration Invoices:
Invoice receipts are downloadable from the confirmation email you received after registering under the Payment Receipt Information section. If the downloadable invoice receipt does not meet your needs or you need to have your confirmation email resent, please submit your request here. Please include any additional customization you need for your invoice receipt in the request.

Certificates of Attendance:
To request a Certificate of Attendance, please submit a request here. Please Note: We verify attendance through the registration system, and Certificate of Attendance letters are sent out after the event is completed.

Refund Policy

Cancellations:
If you must cancel for any reason, please sign back into your registration, click the “Register/Modify” button and select “Unregister.” If you need further assistance, email registration@linuxfoundation.org.

Refunds will only be issued for cancellations received two weeks prior to the event start date, including bulk ticket request refunds, and will appear as a credit on the card’s statement 7 – 10 business days after cancellation. Individual refund requests for late cancellations due to sickness or emergency will be considered on a case by case basis – contact us at registration@linuxfoundation.org.

Please note: Refunds can only be issued on the card the original payment was made.

Substitutions:
If you are unable to attend, you may substitute another attendee in lieu of cancellation. To substitute an attendee, sign back into your registration, click the “Register/Modify”, and select “Transfer Registration” on your confirmation page.
