Pass Types

What can I expect from the pass types?

All-Access Pass:
This pass type includes entry to all CNCF-hosted co-located events and KubeCon + CloudNativeCon. There will no longer be attendee registration fees per CNCF-hosted co-located event.

KubeCon + CloudNativeCon Only Pass:
This pass type includes entry to KubeCon + CloudNativeCon ONLY. No access will be granted to CNCF-hosted co-located events.

Quick Note:
We never sell attendee lists or contact information, nor do we authorize others to do so. If you receive an email claiming to sell an attendee list for a Linux Foundation event, please forward it to events@cncf.io.

Registration Types

Corporate:
The Corporate Registration type is for registrants whose company is paying for attendance to KubeCon + CloudNativeCon. This includes for-profit companies and government employees. You will help keep the conference affordable for everyone, especially students and those needing financial aid.

Individuals:
The Individual Registration type is for registrants who are currently not working for a company, work for a non-profit or research institution or are attending at their own expense (i.e. not funded by a company). You will receive confirmation within five business days of registering if your individual registration is approved or needs additional information.

Academics:
Academic and student registrations are for current full-time students and faculty members. Full-time faculty and students will need to upload a valid copy of their Faculty or Student ID when registering. If you have any questions, please contact Event Support.

Speakers:
You should have received a registration link in your acceptance email. If you did not, please contact speakers@cncf.io for more details. Both accepted KubeCon + CloudNativeCon Speakers and CNCF-hosted co-located event speakers and will receive a complimentary All-Access pass, providing free access to all CNCF-hosted co-located events AND KubeCon + CloudNativeCon.

Sponsors:
A registration link was shared in an email to your company’s sponsorship contact. Please reach out to your company’s sponsorship contact if you need to register as a Sponsor. Sponsor staff will have access to KubeCon + CloudNativeCon and may purchase CNCF-hosted co-located events as an add-on to their registration. For further questions, please email sponsorservices@cncf.io.

Discounts

Group Discounts:

If you have a group of 5 or more people, you can receive a 10% discount on all passes. To request a group discount code, contact Event Support.

The group discount code can only be applied to Corporate Registration Types. All registrations must be processed under one group registration and must be paid with the same credit card. To create a group, select “Add Another Person” to your registration and add the discount code on the payment page. Please note: this discount may not be combined with any additional discounts. Contact Event Support with any questions.

LF Education Discounts:

Register for KubeCon + CloudNativeCon Europe 2025 to receive 40% off Cloud Native training, certifications and bundles.

The LF Education group of The Linux Foundation (parent company of CNCF) is pleased to offer discounts to KubeCon + CloudNativeCon Europe 2025 attendees. Each coupon is only available for attendees of the event and cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion. Only valid for new training purchases and cannot be applied to a previously purchased exam or bundle. Details on how to access and download the coupon will be provided via email to registered attendees between Wednesday and Friday, April 2-4, 2025.

Invoices & Certificates of Attendance

Registration Invoices:
Invoice receipts are downloadable from the confirmation email you received after registering under the Payment Receipt Information section. If the downloadable invoice receipt does not meet your needs or you need to have your confirmation email resent, please submit your request. Please include any additional customization you need for your invoice receipt in the request.

Certificates of Attendance:
To request a Certificate of Attendance, please submit a requestPlease Note: We verify attendance through the registration system, and Certificate of Attendance letters are sent out after the event is completed.

Refund Policy

Cancellations:
If you must cancel for any reason, please sign back into your registration, click the “Register/Modify” button and select “Unregister.” If you need further assistance, contact Event Support.

Refunds will only be issued for cancellations received two weeks prior to the event start date, 18 March 2025 (including bulk ticket request refunds, co-located events, and add-ons), and will appear as a credit on the card’s statement 7 – 10 business days after cancellation. Individual refund requests for late cancellations due to sickness or emergency will be considered on a case by case basis – contact Event Support.

Please note: Refunds can only be issued on the card the original payment was made.

Substitutions:
If you are unable to attend, you may substitute another attendee in lieu of cancellation. To substitute an attendee, sign back into your registration, click the “Register/Modify”, and select “Transfer Registration” on your confirmation page.
