Registration Types
Corporate:
The Corporate Registration type is for registrants whose company is paying for attendance to KubeCon + CloudNativeCon. This includes for-profit companies and government employees. You will help keep the conference affordable for everyone, especially students and those needing financial aid.
Individuals:
The Individual Registration type is for registrants who are currently not working for a company, work for a non-profit or research institution or are attending at their own expense (i.e. not funded by a company). You will receive confirmation within five business days of registering if your individual registration is approved or needs additional information.
Academics:
Academic and student registrations are for current full-time students and faculty members. Full-time faculty and students will need to upload a valid copy of their Faculty or Student ID when registering. If you have any questions, please contact Event Support.
Speakers:
You should have received a registration link in your acceptance email. If you did not, please contact speakers@cncf.io for more details. Both accepted KubeCon + CloudNativeCon speakers and CNCF-hosted co-located event speakers will receive a complimentary All-Access pass, providing free access to all CNCF-hosted co-located events AND KubeCon + CloudNativeCon.
Sponsors:
A registration link was shared in an email to your company’s sponsorship contact. Please reach out to your company’s sponsorship contact if you need to register as a Sponsor. For further questions, please email sponsorservices@cncf.io.

Discounts
Group Discounts:
If you have a group of 5 or more people, you can receive a 10% discount on all passes. To request a group discount code, contact Event Support.
The group discount code can only be applied to Corporate Registration Types. All registrations must be processed under one group registration and must be paid with the same credit card. To create a group, select “Add Another Person” to your registration and add the discount code on the payment page. Please note: this discount may not be combined with any additional discounts. Contact Event Support with any questions.
LF Education Discounts:
Register for KubeCon + CloudNativeCon Europe 2026 to receive 40% off Cloud Native training, certifications and bundles.
The LF Education group of The Linux Foundation (parent company of CNCF) is pleased to offer discounts to KubeCon + CloudNativeCon Europe 2026 attendees. Each coupon is only available for attendees of the event and cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion. Only valid for new training purchases and cannot be applied to a previously purchased exam or bundle. Details on how to access and download the coupon will be provided via email to registered attendees between Monday and Thursday, March 23-26, 2026.
Invoices & Certificates of Attendance
Registration Invoices:
Invoice receipts are downloadable from the confirmation email you received after registering under the Payment Receipt Information section. If the downloadable invoice receipt does not meet your needs or you need to have your confirmation email resent, please submit a request. Please include any additional customization you need for your invoice receipt in the request.
Certificates of Attendance:
You can download your Certificate of Attendance directly from your LFX dashboard by navigating to the “Past Events” section in the LF Events column. Please Note: We verify attendance through the registration system, and certificates will only be available for download after the event is completed.
Refund Policy
Cancellations:
If you must cancel for any reason, please sign back into your registration, click the “Register/Modify” button, and select “Unregister.” Refunds will only be issued for cancellations received by 9 March, 2026, two weeks prior to the main event start date (including bulk ticket invoice requests, co-located events, and add-ons), and will appear as a credit on the card’s statement 7 – 10 business days after cancellation. Refunds can only be issued on the card the original payment was made.
Please note that all refunds are subject to a 6% processing fee.
Substitutions:
If you are unable to attend, you may substitute another attendee in lieu of cancellation. To substitute an attendee, sign back into your registration, click the “Register/Modify” button, and select “Transfer Registration” on your confirmation page. If you need further assistance, email registration@linuxfoundation.org.
