BackstageCon

BackstageCon is a one-day conference focused on all things Backstage: an open framework for building developer portals. At BackstageCon, we’ll provide a vendor-neutral space for collaboration and learning centered on improving developer experience and effectiveness through open source technologies. The event is vendor-neutral and organized by members of the Backstage community.

BackstageCon topics include:

• The future of Backstage in open source
• Lessons learned from standing up, deploying, and driving Backstage adoption, etc.
• Transforming developer experience, streamlining developer workflow, doing more with less using Backstage
• Technical deep dives on Backstage topics (customizing, scaling, securing, plugin development, etc.)

Submission Types:

• Presentation: 25 minutes with 1 or 2 speakers presenting on a topic
• Panel Discussion: 35 minutes of discussion amongst 3 to 5 speakers
• Lightning Talk: A brief 10 minute presentation with a maximum of 1 speaker

This event is one of our KubeCon + CloudNativeCon North America CNCF-hosted Co-located Events. In-person attendees have the option to register for an All-Access In-Person KubeCon + CloudNativeCon pass that will include entry to ALL CNCF-hosted co-located events + KubeCon + CloudNativeCon.
